This Heat pack worked very well at keeping the plants warm during shipping to our very cold area .

This was recommended to me for my air plant. Not sure what to do with it now. Just a waste of money.company that recommended should have included in purchase of air plant

Response from Lynelle Ha

Hi! It's completely safe to throw the heat pack away in the trash after it arrives. I'm sorry you felt it was a waste of money - air plants can be damaged or killed by air temperatures lower than 50 degrees. I check the local weather for every order before I ship in the wintertime, and recommend a heat pack if I feel like the weather is consistently too cold for the plant to arrive safely. I also email some other options. In the end, buyers can always decline to purchase the heatpack and have me ship anyway, I just don't want to be held responsible for the death of the plant in that circumstance.
